These were lost by Fedex, which is not the seller's fault as I have bought from this seller several times, but never received this order, however, Walmart did send me a full refund. This was a gift for my mom for Christmas so I was disappointed that it didn't arrive. I have heard great benefits from taking these from hair growth and skin health. Maybe it was meant that I didn't need them lol
