Thai Coconut Curry

I got the Blue Dragon Coconut Curry sauce because I love to simmer tofu in a sauce to put over rice. This Thai Coconut Curry is gluten free which I appreciate but it does have YEAST EXTRACT as a listed ingredient which is similar to gluten or msg for me, so I'm hoping it doesn't give me a migraine. I put some over rice and it has a lovely mild flavor, I really like the light sweet flavor.

I was very excited to try this curry sauce. It's made in Thailand and so very authentic. It tasted like a restaurant made it. I really like that there is no artificial flavors and that it was mild. It goes great with chicken and onions and potatoes & over rice.
