Like this Beta Glucan!

I like this size of capsule and the amount of milligrams (150) is a good amount to take. They have been out of stock for a while or I would have ordered more. Beta Glucan is very good for enhancing the immune system. Do some research on it. To me it is important to keep boosting your immune system, especially right now, no matter what age you are. It is a little pricey when not on sale but a good value on sale. I do recommend this product!
