Customer Service

The customer service offered at Titan Casket was phenomenal every step of the way. I appreciate everyone that made my purchase a success. Best customers service ever.Call every step of the way even called the funeral home when they said they don't take caskets from other companies after they made a phone call to the funeral home everything changed it wasn't a problem anymore

Beautiful Final Resting Place for Mom

From start to finish, Titan treated us with gentle kindness. Their team answered all of our questions without hesitation. The casket was beautiful and we received many compliments on it during the visitation, including compliments from the funeral home staff. I highly recommend ordering from Titan!

I was very pleased with the heart felt professional I experienced with Titan. I contact Titan and told Liz what I wanted and the time frame we were facing. It was Thursday and casket needed to be delivered by Saturday. Monday was a holiday and funeral was Wednesday. It was at the end of the day but Liz stayed over to make it happen. Thank you so much for making sure casket arrived on time. I would recommend Titan for your funeral needs.
