I love these easy %26 tasty meals. My daughter recently had to go on a reduced sodium diet when she came home from the hospital. My husband %26 I are both in our late 70's %26 don't cook as much as I used too. Becoming a caregiver even for a short time was a bit of a challenge at first. But then I found Miss Olives dinners LOW SODIUM DINNERS, read the reviews, tried the Variety pack, and my daughter loved every one of—really. The portions are small thus will help you with weight control as with your sodium %26 carbs. All meals provide ample protein to help you feel full and the flavors are great. I've already ordered my next two weeks supply.
