Store refused RETURN

After trying to return this item at your Walmart store on 168th %26 Maple, Omaha, we were instructed by an employee to initiate the return on line, as couldn't do that. From there we were told we would get a bar code and then they could take it back. So far we are getting the run around! We did email WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE with the reason for return, see below. When we received the item, it was obvious it had been resealed with tape and there were openings in the box. The package that holds the screws, nuts and hardware was already open and all its contents were loose in the box. There is no way of knowing how many nuts, screws or washers fell out or what is missing. This was a deficiency by you the company, as the product was not delivered in good condition. THE WALMART REPLY: Hello, may I ask if the packaging has been opened yet? Due to the fact that we sell products that require assembly and have already been disassembled, we are unable to resell them. Therefore, we cannot offer you a return. You can keep the product and we can provide you with a 20% refund. If you continue to wish to return the product, we can provide you with a return label, but you will need to bear some return shipping costs, which are approximately 20% of the product price. Can you accept it? WE REPLIED insisting on a a full refund. WALMART REPLY'S AGAIN: Hello, if it is confirmed that there is a problem with the product packaging or missing accessories, I can offer you a full refund. You will need to take a picture of the product packaging or product image, and we will provide feedback to the supplier regarding this issue. We didn't cooperate with the local Wal Mart. We need to return the products to overseas warehouses, so we need some picture feedback. Can you take a picture for me? Thank you for your understanding and support. This is unacceptable customer service. Please advise as how we can solve this problem asap. We would like a 100% refund. And would prefer to get it done in person at the store.
