I've been using these for a very long time. The change is not a good one. These fray in my teeth. I used to use 1 to floss my entire mouth. Sometimes 2 if it broke. I have very tight contacts and have used the glide brand for decades. I just used 2 and didn't even bother finishing flossing my teeth due to how bad these are. idk who tested these as 50% better, but you are wrong on so many levels. I don't usually write reviews, but felt this one is needed. The old product, 5 stars. The "improved," not so much. I will be returning these, rather it's through Walmart or calling P%26G.

new design is horrible

We used these flossers for years and had no problems, but they recently changed the design. The new flossers shred almost immediately upon use, are very uncomfortable, and less effective than the old ones. We often have to go through several flossers to get through all our teeth because they shred so easily.

New floss is HORRIBLE!

The old version was amazing and the only floss I would ever use. But they changed the material and it completely shreds and gets stuck in your teeth so you need to get another flosser to get it out. I would have to go through 4 floss sticks every night. It went from the best to the absolute worst. Why change something that was amazing? What’s the purpose? It was the best floss out there and they ruined it. You had a customer for life and now I’ll never use one of these again. They’re SO BAD!!
