My husband has to have these on hand (always). They provide instant relief for him so we keep some in the car, in his work bag and at home. I've taken them before when I was pregnant experiencing heartburn and they didn't help with as much as an antacid pill did for long term, but they're provided short term relief. Would definitely suggest to relief temporary heartburn.

they do their job well

this is not my first purchase. I've suddenly reached that old lady stage where I get heartburn from all kinds of food. these have become a regular affair. I chew about 3 of them before going to bed and I don't wake up with raging indigestion. the flavor isn't too bad. they're fake fruity, but it's like a super hard gummy flavor. I recommend then if you're "hitting that stage"
