It helps tremendously with congestion and smells just like vapor rub. i love that it is essential oils and not loaded with nasty chemicals. Will definitely continue buying in the future. only down side is that it doesn't make a lot of bubbles for the bath, but thats okay!

This soap/brand is amazing. I highly recommend to any parents.
