I happened upon this bottle of amazingness, while searching for something to relieve plantar fasciitis and shin splints. I was in extreme pain. I lathered my feet, ankles, shins, and calves before going to bed. I had the best night of rest and woke up with 70% of my pain gone. I will never go without this stuff; it is that good.
