Helps peroneal tendonitis corrects posture

I bought these inserts after reading the reviews, particularly one that mentioned how s/he quickly felt different muscles working while using it, which indicated posture had changed. I have peroneal tendonitis and my ankle swells as a result, sometimes it can be painful. I am active and this was slowing me down, so I researched and came to this conclusion. I replaced the inserts in my Brooks shoes with these and OMG I could immediately tell the difference. No more pressure on my ankle and the side of my foot, which would sometimes be sore due to compensating for the ankle pain after a long day. They definitely give me support and correct my posture. I have walked in them and worked out in them (in 2 different Brooks styles), and they are exactly what I needed to regain my active lifestyle without pain and swelling. I also notice different muscles being used with the inserts that were not being used without them, meaning they are shifting my weight distribution and taking pressure off of areas that shouldn't have all that weight. I highly recommend for ankle support and posture correction.

Dr Scholl's Stability Support Inserts

While experiencing osteopathic manipulative therapy , the doctor recognized an overpronation in my feet, which was causing an imbalance in body alignment and affecting my posture. He recommended inserts for my shoes to correct somewhat fallen arches and overpronation. I researched thru Dr. Scholls on line and was able to purchase the correct inserts thru Walmart on line. No one stocked this insert in their stores. I replaced the existing inserts in my walking shoes, and this change has corrected my body alignment and relieved stress on both my knees and hip. Small price to pay for such great advice and the convenience of shopping on line.

Works pretty well

These inserts are great since you can cut them to size. I keep these as a backup for when I clean my customer orthotics. If you wear custom orthotics, these will not be a complete replacement but will hold you over provided you don't need to walk too much. If you don't wear custom orthotics, I would imagine these will work really well for you.
