I feel stronger and I'm not sore!

I can't find any research saying that taking creatine reduces soreness, but I know my body is producing just as much lactic acid - and I don't feel it! The gummies are delicious (I almost feel like I'm eating the peach rings) so I'll take any and all added benefits - like feeling stronger! Only downside is that I'm getting sugar in my gym. I wish they didn't have as much of the sugar coating. I am glad I was able to try these in exchange for my honest review.
