I purchased this product for my husband and what can I say he loves it. He has chronic sinus issues. it does recommend only taking for a limited amount of time and he is aware of that but at this point in his life he has used it forever. when he is at surgery before the anesthesiologists and surgeons have told him he shouldn't be taking this long term but it is what it is. He says it's the only thing that works. unfortunately when you take something like this long-term you become dependent on it and that it is the only thing that will work.
