Never again will I buy large items online from Walmart. Box came in damaged. For as simple as this lounger looks, item took forever to assemble. Very uncomfortable with bar in center of where your back hits. Frame a little off so I tried to return to Walmart for a refund. Walmart refused to take it back because I didn't have the box. Manager still refused to take back after I told them the box was damaged. After 4 phone calls to Walmart Support the vendor Uco Hub LLC sent me one email telling me to return in box. FOUR PHONE CALLS TO EXPLAIN I DON'T HAVE THE BOX, WALMART WILL NOT ACCEPT, ITEM DAMAGED PLEASE SCHEDULE A PICKUP. Nope -Uco Hub will not refund because they didn't receive the item back??? Wait, what??-Didn't Wallmart notify you after 4 phones calls??? Don't buy, item a headache to put together and vendor and Walmart customer service failed me in this scenario.
