I made my husband take this for one month. If he did not notice a difference, he did not have to take it anymore. Well, after a month, he said it wasn't working and not to give it to him. Fair enough. After 2 weeks, he came to me asking for the Glucosamine!! It is a gradual fix, but you will notice, if you stop taking it, how much it is helping. He tells everyone about his experience and how he never goes a day without taking his 3,000 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate!!

Works better than Glucosamine HCL with Chondroitin, and it's WAY cheaper. I've tried both types and my thumb pain came back when I used the HCL-Chondroitin-MSM type.
