So this says it is for dogs. When it arrived, I opened it up and left it sitting open on the table. I went away, and later that day, my husband thanked me for getting him a trimmer that worked very well for his hair and especially his beard. He said he just loved it. When I told him it was a dog hair trimmer. He looked puzzled and said nope. This one is his. I am sure this will work as well for a dog as for my husband, who occasionally lives in the dog house. He was very impressed that it charges and can be used without the cord and is quieter than he expected. So I would recommend this for your dog or your husband. Either way, it is a great little hair clipper.
