What a very easy & tasty way to get your daily dose of Vitamin B Complex. The bottle comes with a marked dropper which makes daily dosing easy. The serving size of 1ml tastes pretty good when added to a small glass of water. The monk fruit in it is not too sweet. No odd aftertaste. You can also add it to a smoothie. I leave the bottle on the counter so I remember to take all my vitamins. I'm very happy with quality, price point and ease of dosing.
