The best pasta I've ever had!

I received a coupon for a free package of Barilla Al Bronzo Mezzi Rigatoni pasta for my honest opinion. I make pasta often and there's always an issue when cooking pasta to an al dente texture. This Al Bronzo pasta is different in so many ways. The shape helps the sauce adhere to the pasta better. The cooking time was longer than my usual pasta. It was wonderfully Al dente in 17 minutes. I drained it, then added sauce and ricotta cheese. With a dash of Parmesan cheese, it was delicious! I'm not wasting my money on any other pasta than this new Barilla product. It's fantastic!

The best pasta!!

I used the rigatoni shape for a meat sauce I made. This pasta is perfect for holding this type of sauce. The tubes get filled up with the sauce, and the little ridges on the outside of the pasta hold sauce too! Cook this pasta al dente and your ready to go!

The pasta cooks evenly, holds its shape, and has the perfect texture. It absorbs sauce beautifully and tastes consistently great every time.
