Barilla Al Bronzo Bronze Cut Mezzi Rigatoni Pasta, 16 oz.

When I tried this product for the first time I wasn't expecting to actually enjoy it more than the regular noodles I've had. but to my surprise it cooked so well, and I really was able to tell a difference in taste and quality. Now I regularly purchase this when I go grocery shopping.

I've always found the Barilla brand to offer quality pasta, and even bought that brand when living in Italy, so I was excited to try the Al Bronzo line, which is the bronze die cut, offering more authentic taste and texture. I followed the directions on the package for 'al dente' which came out just slightly chewier than usual, due to the thicker pasta and texture. I felt that it held any sauce, whether it was creamy, chunky, or oily, much better than traditional pasta. It definitely elevated my meal. And the price point was good considering it is a premium product.
