Soft pillow instead of firm back support

This pillow came in a small box. It took two people to get the packaging off! After it was removed from the box, bag and vacuum bag, it expanded. It isn't as firm as I thought it would be since I imagined it would replace a headboard for my daughter. It isn't as supportive as I imagined.

What I was looking for!

This is exactly what I was looking for in a bed "pillow." I didn't want one that had the arms. This one is chick looking and supports my back so I can read. We have a king bed, but I bought the smallest pillow because it wasn't necessary to have it as a full headboard.
