Terrible fit, sizing is way off

They're so tight and look nothing like the photo. They're not flowy or ruffled at all like the photo shows. They're a windbreaker type material. The pocket parts on the sides look like ill fitting clothes that puff out weird when there's too much fabric, not “ruffled” or wavy or looser at the bottom. They're not only incredibly ill fitting, but they're also unflattering and a weird shape.
