Very helpful in relieving discomfort. Remember to measure the widest part of your hips, not your waist. My husband is 38 inch hip..not waist.and.the.large.fits comfortably although not.muxh room.to.make.it.any.bigger but it could be made smaller. He feels 90 percent better with the trusss.
