Been using this product for a month now combined with Dr. Bergs Cod Liver Oil which I've been taking for about three plus months to help with what the doctors call advanced arthritis. I bike, run and swim combined approximately 10 hours a week and gotta say I'm feeling pretty darn good. Even won my age group in a 5k run. I'm trying very hard not to go with corizone shots nor any pain pills even over the counter nsaid. This product really works and combined with the Cod Liver Oil I'm a new man!
