Product details

The polishing pad is made of non-woven fabric and emery sand. Non-woven fabric has good flexibility and fits the workpiece surface better; good water absorption can stabilize the workpiece surface temperature during polishing. Emery sand has strong wear resistance, high polishing efficiency, is not easy to deform, and has a long service life.
The polishing pad features an open mesh structure with good heat dissipation, preventing overheating to ruin and discoloration of the workpiece surface. Different grit sizes can achieve varied surface treatment effects; smaller particles are sharper and can quickly remove surface defects and unevenness, while larger particles result in a smoother finish for more refined surface treatment.
Suitable for use with a handheld grinder or other standardized mechanized processing operations. Suitable for polishing the surface or edges of most stones, such as artificial stone, marble, terrazzo, floor tiles, natural stone, and concrete countertops.
Please use water for polishing to provide lubrication and ensure a smoother finish. Also, make sure the polishing pad is properly installed and tightened to avoid falling off during use.
