(3 pack) Pink Berry Freesia Scented Wax Melts, Better Homes & Gardens, 2.5 oz (1-Pack)

I really - really - love this wax melt fragrance. I'm worried Better Homes and Gardens has discontinued it because it's been unavailable for pickup and shipping for over a month.. Anyways - if it comes back and people are reading this - I'll still review it for you. This one is a contradiction. It's a very subtle scent - it's not loud and in your face, yet you can't miss it, either. I rarely find those two factors together. I'm Not much for florals but this is done so well - with the fruits and vanilla and sandalwood etc - that it's not like a heavy floral perfume vibe. It's just a pleasant softness.. I tried this to break up my noseblindness from using my top 3 favorites (Mystic, Cotton Candy Clouds, Pretty Please). It's a big departure from those soft, fluffy sweet scents. But! I ended up really loving this on its own and began warming it even when I didn't need a break from my usual rotation. I wouldn't say you can target any particular scent note. There's a soft berry, a well done subtle berry - so you immediately feel a bit uplifted. Then the florals come in - again - very subtle - blending expertly with the berries. Finally you're met with the vanilla, sandalwood, amber base which - I couldn't pick any of those out specifically - they just lay there like a comforting blanket to wrap up the other scents. Again - the subtlety's and the overall seamless blend of all the scent notes - just wonderful. So what you get is a soft, gentle, not overly sweet nor overly floral - not heavy handed with the vanilla or amber etc - you just get a delightful scent. I can use these year round! During winter, they made me look forward to Spring. During Spring, I knew they'd make me happy in the summer. Now that it's summer, I can already feel these like a hug during the approach of colder Fall weather. A superb wax melt and I really hope BHAG's brings them back. It's getting kind of old to fall in love with scents only to find them discontinued without any warning, before the year is out. Highly recommended.
