I got this because it was cheaper than other mixed media paper and was available for same day delivery. spent a weekend with my graddaughter water color painting, drawing, using markers and colored pencils. there was enough we did many projects although I did cut the paper in half and fouths to be able to do more projects.

Heavy duty

Water color was used with lots of water then salt was poured on. This was to show what chemical reaction would take place for a cause and effect lesson. For children. The paint did not soak through. Paper dried and paper still is strong. This paper can be used in a frame. Acrylic paint will work well.
