Warranty information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for exchange of size and/or color. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition to include packaging and tags. You will receive a like-kind exchange or a refund for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Warranty begins on the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. Warranty is void where product failure is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage, alteration, or normal "wear and tear". Purchaser is responsible for maintenance and care of the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement. FROGG TOGGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF SUCH PRODUCT.
