The Best Ceasar!

This has been my families all time favorote Ceasar dressing for years! Its a pantry staple I don't ever want to run out of. It has a BOLD flavor and thick, creamy consistancy. Other Ceasar dressings can be too mild, mayonaisy or too thin... not Grerards! We love it! Our favorite pairing with this dressing is crisp romaine, chicken, tomatoes and a sprinkling of 4 bean salad (from Costco) the sweetness of the beans is a really nice compliment with the vinegariness of the dressing.

LOVE this dressing - especially when you mix it 50/50 with Girard's Champagne dressing. You get a tangy light Caesar dressing that is wonderful for Caesar salad or any green salad and also great on pasta salad! Just cook/rinse/cool rotini or bowtie pasta; add diced red onion, slivers of red bell pepper, chunks of cooked chicken breast and this mix of dressing and you have a wonderful meal or pot luck donation!
