How to use the welding machine

1. Safety preparation: Wear protective equipment, such as welding gloves, masks and protective shoes. Also, make sure the welder is well connected to the power source and the ground wire is connected to the object being welded.

2. Preparation: Clean the surfaces to be welded, making sure they are flat, dry and free of grease or other dirt. Also prepare the welding wire and welding electrode to be used.

3. Adjust the current: choose the appropriate welding current, and adjust it according to the material of the object to be welded, the welding position and the diameter of the welding wire. Usually need to use welding ammeter to detect.

4. Start welding: Insert the welding wire into the welding gun, and then point the welding gun at the position to be welded. At the same time, place the welding electrode on the workpiece surface. Press the button on the torch to start welding. When welding, it is necessary to maintain a stable welding speed and welding wire supply speed to ensure welding quality.

5. Finish welding: After finishing welding, release the button on the welding torch and wait for the welding area to cool down. Disconnect the power source and welding electrode, and clean the welding area.
