Overall rating is excellent so far. I purchased this as a gift (for christmas). So we have not used it. It seems to be really nice. I had to return/exhange it because when I ordered it the number on the plaque was my house number. I have NOT received the new one yet. I hope I don't have any problems with the exhange. UPS just came and picked up the old one yesterday and I got a letter saying a new one was going to arrive within 3 to 4 days.

Make sure to read the fine print

I suppose I didn't understand. You have to call a phone number and tell them the address you want on the plaque. I didn't understand and it arrived with the address of my account (my business) not the address I wanted. Everyone was good about it and when I get the return I'll re-order. The product seems really sturdy and well made. It also comes in multiple colors.
