Good stretch. Prefer metal hooks which these have.

Good elasticity. Nice selection of lengths. Wanted metal hooks, because those with plastic hooks can't be used sometimes (the plastic hooks are too thick or bulky). Eventually have to replace them since they may sit in the sun all winter holding a tarp around the window air conditioners, or are always outside where they get sun or UV damaged, but deterioration is expected under those conditions. This replenished by supply for later use.

Just recently used these and will not know how they hold up outdoors for a few months. If I knew now, I may have rated them higher. I do like the assorted sizes and they do look like they are more durable that the previous ones I bought that deteriorated in weather.
