Not just for clearing clutter. I like to have my tools in a set spot so that I always know where they are. This Hyper Tough Snap Rail Kit lets me do that in many spots, not just one. In the utility room, one in the laundry room & two in the tool shed.
This comes with plenty of anchor bolts & screws so that you can mount it where you need it, the way that you need it. Not every room's wall has studs, some hanging walls don't use them.
Keep in mind that each rail is 46" long. Sliding the holders & putting them on is super easy with the quick release button. There isn't anything to it.
I'm sure that you can find uses for this 12 piece rail kit, even before you get it home. Aside from the obvious tools. A friend of mine thought it would be a great way to hang game controller gun units.
Some of those retro ones are pretty heavy. I'm also thinking about a pair in the craft & hobby room. This is strong enough to hold rolls of supplies. I'll have to think about the pantry, but I'm sure I'll need another kit for the garden shed.
Each rail has some heft to it, & there aren't any pre-drilled holes; so you may need a hand installing them. I got some industrial mounting tape at on-line at Walmart (pic), & used it to help hold the rail in place, so I could drill in where I wanted it to go. I put on a couple more strips, so I could secure it in place with the anchor bolts.
