Vintage charm and good quality

This fan is very sturdy and I love the style and brass-type color of the cage. It is very quiet on low, relatively quiet on medium, and of course louder on the highest speed. It functions well as a room fan for my living room. Know that it takes more work to take apart the cage than an ordinary stand fan like this, it has cute but slightly tedious hinge type things that connect the front to the back. Then, there’s a teeny tiny screw you’re supposed to secure at the bottom that’s super hard to screw in. It’s not totally necessary, though. I’m a fan!

This fan is great. very heavy so less likely for kids to knock over. Metal blades blow colder air. I’m using in basement bedroom and running upstairs air conditioning ( some people sleeping in living room) circulates the air, keeping the basement comfortable even when they close the door in the middle of the night. It’s been 100° here and I’m only using the fan at night. Metal fans are definitely worth the cost
