the fridge arrived with front door separated via indentation perhaps corner of a dollie's caught on it. we plugged it in and it holds temperature but sweats. it was a Friday night so we called online support and reported it sending in pictures. the company offered a generous refund to us through Walmart (as this happened with an area store with full size deli very) they always offer money back and you keep product. so the company acted with honor and refunded more than half the cost it keeps temps cool enough for meds, not milk.
