I received the chair and put it together. It ended up having a broken frame. I contacted Korser through the Walmart app via email. I explained what happened and some pics. They told me the frame was broken. They gave me a full refund. I re-ordered another, same model and color. When it came in (super fast) I put it together and it had been absolutely perfect! I love the chair and highly recommend it-comes in a lot of colors. I highly recommend Korser and their products. I will be purchasing other items in the future. Ty

Compact and comfortable

Love that the design is spacious but also compact so you can get comfortable without taking up too much space. Rocks smoothly and recline gently so you can feel comfortable reclining to a comfortable position once your baby is rested without interruption of the jolt like some recliner tends to do. We have a very cramped nursery so I appreciate the compact design and I can still comfortable drift off in the chair. Easy to assemble and move around. Stays stationed while in use. Love the color and it’s easy to wipe clean.

Great for the money!

I chose the gray and it was VERY easy to assemble! the bottom seat portion was all one piece, came already assembled. picture directions were easy to use. It's a firm seat which is what I needed. the arm rest needed to be zipped to structure, the back had metal slots to slide it in. NO TOOLS NEEDED! The rocking, the swivel and reclining are all awesome! I gave the quality 4 out of 5 stars because it's cloth material (like an expensive suit) and I don't know the full quality since I've only had it 2 days.
