Mice made a home in my tankless water heater

I really liked this product. It had everything I needed and was easy to use. Mice had chewed through the insulation in my tankless water heater and proceeded to chew through the electrical wires. I had no hot water till the electrician cut repair the wires and a plumber could safely make repairs. I easily replaced the insulation with the steel wool and have not seen Mickey and his friends since.
