Monteverde Gaea Fountain Pen

In Greek mythology, Gaea was the mother of all life. She is said to have born the Ourea (mountains) and Pontus (sea). For this reason, the Monteverde, in it's sea-green and earth-toned body, has been named after the mythical goddess. This is the first limited edition Truphae exclusive. It is not numbered, but is limited to 300 pieces.

The pen comes presented in Monteverde's popular Giant Sequoia shaped body - another appropriate shape, given the earth tones of this large pen. The Giant Sequoia is the world's grandest and largest living tree. The pen reflects this grandness by offering a large, solid resin barrel. Ergonomically designed, the GiantåÊSequoia feels poised and balanced in the hand and begs to be used daily. The fountain pen fills via standard cartridge/ converter (included) andåÊfeatures aåÊlargeåÊstainless steel nib. Polished chrome accents are durable and scratch resistant and decidedly minimalist on this design, letting the beauty of resin shine through.
