lightweight and easy to use
These are great so far. I have a smaller hand so the fit is comfortable. Its easy getting in and out of smaller places with a light pointed correctly. Battery lasts long enough for everythign so far but would invest in a larger battery for more intense/all day projects. Its a little bit lighter weight drill that would serve most purposes around the home. Would i build a deck with this? No, and im not sure thats the intent. Maybe a gazebo with a larger battery!

Compact, light-weight, power at a low price
I needed a drill that was narrow enough to fit between my deck joists and powerful enough to drive heavy-duty joist connector screws without pre-drilling the holes. PWR Core 12 worked great for this. It is lightweight, which made working overhead easier, and it had no problem driving the connector screws. And it was the lowest-priced drill of its type in the store! I would highly recommend it.

I am very happy with the smaller size of this drill and still able to use 1/2 inch accessories. It is very powerful. Im surprised how powerful and long lasting the battery is. I have started replacing all my tools with Skil 12 and 20 volt tools the last few years. I feel Skil is comparable to my Makita tools but less expensive.
