Parts were missing. Called Walmart about missing parts. Company was suppose to contact us back about missing parts. We were not contacted in any way. We were not compensated for the missing parts. Not good service. Not a good way to treat customers. Had to go buy the missing parts to fix cart. Not convenient . Delayed the fixing of the cart. Just a bad experience..........We sent photos for review to show what was missing. No reply from the company.
