I went to put the shed together, had parts missing. I called customer service right away. They said they'd contact the saler, I should hear back from someone with in 48 hrs, It's been over a week.. I've e-mailed twice.. Still no reply and still no refund.. So it seems I,m out of almost 200 dollars.. I won't ever use this website again.
