super high quality item especially for the price this gets in there to get out those deep nuts I personally like a square shape a little better only because of the area I'm targeting that Crescent shape seems to slide down but if you're just using it for your back or to friend body part it's absolutely fantastic for me I needed it more for my shoulders and neck and the shape doesn't really coincide but for any other area it's great

I like the size of the neck and back massager. It's easy to use it anywhere, at anytime. The unit is very queit. I feel like the massage is deep and fairly intense. The intensity is not adjustable but feels just right. There is a heat setting as well which can be turned off or on depending on your needs. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I feel like it is durable and will last. This massager is cordless, which is really nice. The charging cord is easy to use and hide when it's not in use. There is a soft, fabric material so it's not irritating on your skin. The buttons are easy to operate and it's very simple to use. The heat feature is nice and works well. I've used it on my upper, mid and lower back and my neck as well. Feels great so far. It does have an auto shut off, too. I am really happy with this massager. This massager would be great in an office, bedroom, in the car or for traveling with you.
