Surprised at the quality

I received this collar on a Saturday, via FedEx for 97 cents... Our puppy is 29lbs and expect to reach approx 50 or 60, this appears to be his permant collar as I had to adjust to the smallest, penty of room for growth. I already took him for a walk with it and the clasp did not break loose, I worked it hard!
