Clean and dry skin before use, ensuring blister area is free of creams and oils. Remove the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side. Apply cushion firmly over the blister, ensuring the edges are well smoothed down. Leave in place until it starts to detach (Note: may stay in place for several days). To remove cushion do not pull upwards but slowly stretch along the skin. If desired, baby oil or warm water can be used to ease removal.

Best Blister Remedy
I’ve tried my fair share of blister bandaids as a field geologist and athlete and these are by far the best. I felt absolutely no pain or rubbing while carrying 60lbs of equipment with a large and deep blister on my heel and on my toes. I need to get new boots BUT decided to try these as a quick fix. Make sure to put the thickest part over the blister and rub the edges down flush. I was able to do an extra 2 days of unplanned field work, hiking 4 miles in the woods with 60lbs of equipment without any pain from the blisters. 10/10 product.
