Excellent product.

I make a batch of yogurt about every 7-10 days and have used the Euro Cuisine starter for years. Every batch has turned out excellent. I make mine using dry milk powder as a base and double the amount I would normally use for skim milk. The resulting yogurt has the consistency of Greek yogurt. We love it.
