Lots of energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I took this before a cardio day in my workout routine and woah, it was like I had chugged an energy drink and a coffee. I was buzzing. I also got my best time on the boot camp obstacle course. I never had an energy crash either which was a huge bonus! Great product.
