I was afraid to put it together at first but me and my boyfriend knocked it out in about 30-40 mins once we figured out the directions. It's a little noisy but nothing that will draw your attention to it. I have a fairly big bedroom and it cools it down. Cold air replacing the hot. My daughter's room slightly smaller than mine and she loves it also.
