Brothers printer is a user friendly good purchase.
I purchased a competitor's printer four years ago. It had all the bells and whistles but I was never able to get it to work. I solicited support from many reliable resources but nothing worked. I am loving my new Brother's printer. It is working flawlessly. My son set it up for me and I am not having any issues. The price was reasonable and it is working perfectly fine.

Great Printer!
I bought this printer to replace my 15 year old MFC 7840 which I got lots of great duty out of. Basically it looks and works very similar but with new features which are nice like the printing on both sides. One thing that happened to me about after a week that I owned and that really bothered me was that I went to use one day and I noticed the WiFi indicator light was off and I couldn't start the machine like it wasn't getting power. I tried everything and it just wouldn't turn on. I thought I would have to return it which I really didn't want to deal with. Of course there are no written user manuals anymore so I started doing searches and finally used one of my AI agents to see if it could help. One thing it mentioned was that it sounded like the machine went into a "deep sleep" and had to be awoken again. Well I tried that and yes that woke it up but it would seem that Brother would include some troubleshooting with their quick start pamphlet for things like this that could pop up. Other than that problem, which never happened again, this is a great printer and being sold for a really great price now. Frankly very happy now as I was with my original B&W Brother laser printer.

Good Prink for the Price....
Good price and good features on this printer. Uses a lot of ink though...so you need to find a dealer that sells the ink at a much better price than larger retailers.
