This chlorophyll actually blew me away. Most are nasty no matter what flavor they are or what you mix it with. I just don't like the stuff but it is necessary for my gut health. This one, WOW, I am truly glad I tried it. The flavor is so mild I didn't think it would actually work. I was wrong, it does work and very well at that. Also, if there is someone out there that just wants to drink this and get it over with like me, here's what I recommend.Get a shot glass and just knock back a shot, follow immediately with the recommended 8oz liquid (don't skip this part). I'm not a doctor, just telling you what I do. This is the first one that didn't leave me gagging whether I took it as a smoothie,mixed in something or as a shot. Definitely recommend.
