Bought this dress for a deeply reduced price. It was advertised as black but is navy with cream and tan flowers. The buttons are in front and do not have buttonholes. There are thin elastic loops for buttoning up. The skirt part is fairly puffy just not quite ballerina style. The sleeves are ruffled for a younger look. It looks silly on me. The high point of the dress is that it has pockets!
