at 76tyrs I love this but the sodium is too high

This new protein one is awesome, super cheesey and thick and creamy. Only thing I did notice is the older version is way less sodium, this is something like 700milg for this tiny little cup so even though I adore the taste and ease of making it, I might not keep on buying it because for what you get the sodium is too high. (no wonder it is so good)!

If you have a kid that needs more protein or you just wanna have a protein pack fast and easy quick meal this is it. The trick is when you put in the water in the pasta make sure you stir it till all the powder is dissolved. The cheese is good and reminds me of those snacks you had in elementary school with crackers and the red plastic spread stick. Which is a good thing.

Pricey but Tasty and Satisfying

Tastes pretty good, as good as any other low-end mac n cheese anyway. Kind of pricey, twice as expensive as Great Value brand for example. The high protein though makes these cups quite satisfying and filling. I would say that makes them worth the relatively high cost.
