I LOVE these pliers. I used the traditional channel-lock type for years, but when I tried these, I retired the channel-locks from my tool pouch. The fine adjustment of the Speed-lock makes it easier to find a position that provides maximum bite with minimum hand effort. The version with the notched jaws are especially useful for round pipe and compression style EMT fittings. And the best part is, with the Speed-lock design, no more fumbling around trying to find the correct seting to match the job at hand. Just place the upper jaw in position and slide the lower jaw into place. Priceless!

Works great, best thing since sliced bread!

I bought a set of these. Two worked flawless the 6 inch however wasn't the greatest quality as the locking mechanism was difficult and would stick and refuse to adjust, button wouldn't push most of the time - I should have returned it. Fiddling with it and just plain abusing it caused it to finally work reliably, must have had a small defect in the button. I REALLY WOULD LIKE A 4 INCH VERSION!!!

Being a disabled Veteran with multiple surgeries to my hands, the comfort of the pliers and the minimal force needed to manipulate these pliers has allowed me to continue to do the things I love.
